We are looking for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, helping others, and making sure important details do not get overlooked. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties in support of daily office operations.
  • Assist with maintaining organized electronic and physical records.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and direct calls or messages to the appropriate team member.
  • Greet visitors, vendors, applicants, and other guests and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain office supply inventory, identify replenishment needs, prepare and submit supply orders, and distribute supplies to appropriate office or facility locations.
  • Assist with meeting preparation and support, including organizing materials, preparing meeting spaces, and coordinating basic meeting needs.
  • Provide clerical and administrative assistance to company managers and departments as needed.
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, formatting, correspondence, spreadsheets, and other routine office tasks.
  • Research and collect documentation required to support LEED project requirements, including applicable product, material, vendor, and sustainability documentation.
  • Assist with special projects and other clerical or administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a continuously developing and changing office environment where processes and responsibilities may evolve.
  • Strong computer skills and comfort working with electronic documents and filing systems.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Professional and courteous approach when interacting with employees, managers, visitors, vendors, and customers.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous clerical, administrative, office support, or related experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and electronic document management.
  • Previous experience with LEED documentation, construction documentation, architectural projects, manufacturing, or project administration is helpful. Training can be provided to a candidate with strong organizational and research skills.
Compensation: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
